What time is check in/out?

Check in—1pm for RV’s, 3pm for glamping tents
Check out—12pm

What is the difference between your sites? 

All sites are 30amp, full hook-up sites. We have 3 different site size lengths, all approx. 15ft wide.
Small back-in site-28ft max, Back-in site-35ft max, and Pull thru-50ft max.

How close to the beach are you? 

We are just a short walk to the beach.

Is your pool open? 

Our pool and hot tub are open. Guests may sign up for one time slot per day, 1-hour max. Only your family/travel group will be in the pool area for that hour.  Reservations must be made at the front office and only the day of.

Do you provide a fire pit?

We do not provide fire pits for the RV sites, but you may bring your own. If it is wood burning it must have a mesh screen cover for safety. All fire pits must have legs, not directly set on the ground. Fire pits are provided for our glamping tents, but not the basic tent site. Wood is not provided. *Wood fire pits can be banned if we are under a state fire ban.

How late can I check in? 

Our office is open daily 9am-5pm. After 5pm your check in paperwork will be right outside the office door. Simply find your assigned packet and get settled for the night. We would prefer you check in by 9pm to not disturb other guests. If you must arrive later please be very quiet getting set up.  Please come into the office the next morning to get officially checked in, pay any remaining balances, receive your parking permit, and bathroom/laundry codes.

What is your cancelation policy?

Any cancellation provided with less than the required notice will forfeit deposit.  To receive a refund of your deposit (less $10.00) a seven-day notice must be given for a stay of 29 days or less.  For reservations of 30 days or more, a 30-day cancellation notice is required for a refund of your deposit (less $25). All Online booking fees are nonrefundable. All Holiday & Special Event reservations are non-refundable and paid in full at time of reservation. No refunds will be given for early departures. Non-transferable.

If you are unable to provide 7 days notice we can hold your reservation in the system for 12 months and you may reschedule. You must reschedule with us, not online.

Can I pick my site number?

We do take requests for certain sites via email, oceanside@legacymhc.com, but cannot guarantee exact sites. Final site numbers are assigned the morning of check in and given out upon arrival, not ahead of time.

How do I book multiple sites together? 

We can usually accommodate multiple sites next to each other if notice is given. Please first book your sites, and then email us with your dates and names on the reservations. It is best to book same size sites in order to be close together. 

How do I edit my reservation? 

To make any edits to your reservation please email us, oceanside@legacymhc.com. We can help you add or remove days, change site type, add extra parking etc. Any cancelations will follow above stated cancelation policies.

What is included in my site?

All sites are full hook-up with water, electric, sewer, Wi-Fi, cable and trash. There are no extra charges for these services.  Picnic tables are provided for most sites, first come first serve.

Can I have mail sent to the resort? 

We accept packages sent via USPS, UPS, Amazon, Fed-Ex, etc. We do not accept any form of mail and you may not use our address as a residence even if staying long term. Any mail received will be returned to sender immediately.

All packages are delivered to the front office and you may pick up at your convenience during office hours.

Can I bring my pet? 

Pets are welcome free of charge, although we do have strict breed restrictions including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherd.  Two Pets (dogs and or cats only) are allowed per site. All pets must be on a leash, not disturb other guests and be picked up after.

How do I add a promotion I saw on your website? 

Our promotions work like coupons, you must request it in person or email. We can then change the price for you. Promotions are not added automatically online.

Good Sam discounts are added at check in after verifying your physical membership card.

Do you have an age restriction on RV’s?

We do not have age restrictions for RVs. We only ask that your RV be presentable in appearance, clean, rust-free, no compartment doors missing, awing not torn, no leaks and legally and currently registered. We do not allow converted school buses. If you have any questions please email us pictures of all sides of you RV, oceanside@legacymhc.com.

What is included in the basic tent site?

The basic tent site has a fire pit and picnic table. There is no electricity or water provided.

Do you have a store? 

We have a small store in our front office. We sell a full line of RV supplies, toilet paper, drinks, snacks, convenience meals, frozen meals, candy, bags of ice, ice cream bars, and much more!

Do you allow non-guests to dump for a fee? 

We do not have a dedicated dump station, but we do allow dumping at the sites if we are not fully booked. It is a $20 cash charge to be paid in the office.

What amenities do you have? 

We have 2 laundry rooms, operated by credit/debit card. Newly remodeled bathrooms with private showers are locked with a door code. BBQ and picnic tables available on a first come basis and we have a fenced in dog park for our furry friends.

Do you sell propane? 

There are two ways to receive propane. 
1) We have Reliable Propane service that is provided / delivered every Wednesday morning. Obtain a yellow propane card from the front office to display on your dashboard and pay the vendor directly. His rates range from about $3.35 – $3.60 per gallon.
2) If you need propane outside of our provided delivery service, U-Haul can provide this service. It is located on north S Coast Hwy (taking a right out of resort) and about .7 miles. It will on the right-hand side of the road right before Wisconsin Avenue.
