Reservation Policies & Information

Full Hookup Sites include: 1 RV,  Vehicles (2 cars max, must fit in site), and 4 people. Additional persons over the age of 18 are $5 per person per day, children $3 per day, maximum 6 adults per site. Extra vehicle parking pass is $10 per day.

Tent Sites include: 1 Vehicle, 2 Tents and 4 people. Additional persons over the age of 18 are $5 per person per day, children $3 per day, maximum 6 adults per site. Extra vehicle parking pass is $10 per day.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome free of charge, although we do have strict breed restrictions including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherd.  Two Pets (dogs and or cats only) are allowed per site.

Your RV: All RV’s must be legal (registered and insured) and in good operating order.  No doors, compartment doors, windows, vents missing.  Awning needs to be in good condition with no leaks.  It is at the discretion of the property manager if the RV can be on property.

Check-in: 1:00 pm for RV’s and Tents,  3:00 pm for Glamping. Early Check-in, if available – $10 per hour.

Check-out: 12:00 Noon for RV’s and Tents, Glamping 11:00 am. Late Check-out, if available – $10 per hour (max 4 hours). 4+ hours after check out time will incur another 1-night charge, in accordance with the rate for that particular night.

Excess Cleaning Fee: Will be assessed at $75 if the site is not left in the same clean, undamaged state as at check-in.  If a sewage leak is left unattended, a $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to your credit card.

Discounts: Available on Daily rate bookings only. We proudly extend a 10% discount for Good Sam members. We extend this discount to all Active Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders.

Payment Forms: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit and Cash.

Early Departure: No refunds will be given for early departures. Non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation provided with less than the required notice will forfeit deposit.  To receive a refund of your deposit (less $10.00) a seven day notice must be given for a stay of 29 days or less.  For reservations of 30 days or more, a 30 day cancellation notice is required for a refund of your deposit (less $25).

All Online booking fees are nonrefundable.

All Holiday & Special Event reservations are non-refundable and paid in full at time of reservation.

No refunds will be given for early departures. Non-transferable. No credit given for future stays.

We guarantee the site type you selected or larger, but not a specific site. We will do our best to accommodate your site choice.

Online reservations: All online reservations require an additional non-refundable $5 booking fee. Cancellations must be made by email oceanside@legacymhc.com in accordance with the cancellation policy. If booking a stay of 30 nights or longer, please email oceanside@legacymhc.com.
